General Terms
DUE TO TRIP CANCELLED PASSENGER WILL GET REFUND ONLY COUNTER PRICE. BUSBD.COM.BD FEE AND PROCESSING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL PAID AMOUNT.
BUSBD.COM.BD* is ONLY a bus ticket reseller. It does not operate bus services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus operators and brought them in a single platform. BUSBD.COM.BD's advice to customers is to choose bus operators they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with.
BUSBD.COM.BD Responsibilities
Include:
- Issuing a valid e-ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its' network of operations;
- Providing customer support and information regarding ticket availability and purchase;
Do NOT Include:
- The bus operator's bus not departing / reaching on time
- The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation
- The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons
- The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged
- The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child
- The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus)
- The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point
Ticket Information
The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
Required Documents for Boarding
Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
- A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket provided on website and sms confirmation.
- Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, or Voter ID card).
Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
Cancellation Policy
- All the Bus tickets are eligible to be cancelled 24 hours before journey time. After 24 hours before journey time ticket cannot be cancelled.
- If ticket is cancelled (24 Hours before journey) cancellation charge might take place according to bus company policy.
- For cancellation of Shyamoli NR Travels ticket 10% of seat price will be charged always.
- Ticket cancellation is not allowed for New Himachal Travels.
Important Notes
- Your seat(s) may be changed by Bus Operators as per their own discretion and as situation demands.
- Any kind of ticket cancellation might not be allowed which journey is at the night before Public Holidays or in public holidays as per bus company decision.
- Eid Tickets (11/06/2024 To 29/06/2024) are not cancellable and cannot be rescheduled.
- Bus Authority has the right to cancel any bus schedule at any time.
- For Unsuccessful Bank Transaction , Refund Process can take up to 20 days to refund back to customer account.
- For Cancellation of ticket / Bus cancellation service charge will not be refundable.
- Cancellation complain will not be applicable during the Hour 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM.
- International Route tickets CANNOT be cancelled or rescheduled.
- Discounted tickets cannot be cancelled, however if journey is cancelled customer will receive refund as per policy.
- Due to Special bdtickets & busbd Reserve service, Reserve bus ticket fare shall be higher than regular Eid fare, Customers are requested to check fare before purchase. Later no claim will be accepted by authority.
- Ticket cancellation is not allowed for reserve bus.
Please note that the cancellation fee and cancellation period may differ from one bus operator to another.
Additional Policies
- In case a booking confirmation sms gets delayed or fails because of technical reasons or as a result of incorrect ID / phone number provided by the user etc, a ticket will be considered 'booked' as long as the ticket shows up on the confirmation page of www.busbd.com.bd. If the sms is not received then please call our call center for confirmation.
- SMS service will not apply to customers purchasing tickets at the respective bus counter it will apply for purchase through online and our outlets and purchasing through call center.
- Refund Policy: Refund will make within 7 days after canceled ticket. During Eid, Customers are eligible for refund ONLY if the operator cancels the trip and cannot provide an alternative arrangement.
- Pricing Policy: The passenger agrees with BUSBD.COM.BD all including legal charges & expenses.
- Male customers shall not purchase any ticket from online beside any seat that is already sold for any female passenger. If purchased, bus authority has the right to cancel or reschedule seat for the online passenger.
- Your Seat may be changed by BUS Operator time to time as per Bus Companies own discretions and situation demands.
Payment Methods Policy
By making a payment using this site, you agree to the use of your personal details for verification and validation of your transactions to ensure no one else is using your credentials without your consent. You must also acknowledge that the details you provide us maybe disclosed to third party credit card payment gateway agencies for verification.
- Payment can be made via various channels, through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ bKash. Total payment includes seat fare plus additional processing fee. The total sum will be displayed to you and that only will be deducted from your account. No additional fee will be charged later.
- As bdtickets, we do not retain any of your personal details and information will not be used for any other purposes except to verify and confirm your identity. bdtickets this or its mother company, Robi will not be held liable for any payment related fraudulent activities as we do not own the payment gateway and no payment related information is saved on any of our portals to identify specific user.
- In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence, or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such an inquiry will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within a reasonable timeline. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of banking instruments or other reasons without prior notice or any subsequent legal liability
